Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)

Home to not one but two Olympians and countless men's and women's National and Provincial athletes, our competitive programs stand out as some of the best in the country. The combination of our talented coaches, 27,000 square foot facility and commitment to coaching athletes to achieve their personal best, has proven to be a winning combination for our team.

Our Philosophy: to enrich the lives of our athletes through competitive sport and to use gymnastics as a vehicle to help them develop life long skills. We strive to place each child in a program where they will encounter success, be challenged and ultimately; derive the most enjoyment from.

*Our competitive program is by try-out or recommendation only.

Every child develops at their own pace over the season in a positive environment, while developing their confidence , team work, work habits and attentiveness.

Developmental 2 (Formerly Petite Elite)

Age: 5-6

The focus of this program is to provide girls ages 5-6 with a structured gymnastics class where fun, fitness and fundamentals continue to be a main aspect of the program. Our qualified coaches will help each child develop strength, flexibility and skills on all apparatus (uneven bars, balance beam, floor, vault and trampoline).

Developmental 3 (Formerly Precompetitive)

This program requires a certain amount of dedication and work ethic and is a good determinant if competitive gymnastics is a good fit for your child.

The Invitational Program is for those girls who have met the requirements to begin competing in Levels 1&2 of the Compulsory Program as determined by Gymnastics Ontario.
