Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)
Home to not one but two Olympians and countless men's and women's National and Provincial athletes, our competitive, programs stand out as some of the best in the country. The combination of our talented coaches, 27,000 square foot facility and commitment to coaching athletes to achieve their personal best, has proven to be a winning combination for our team.
Our Philosophy: to enrich the lives of our athletes through competitive sport and to use gymnastics as a vehicle to help them develop life long skills. We strive to place each child in a program where they will encounter success, be challenged and ultimately; derive the most enjoyment from.

Developmental 1
Age: 6-8
Length: 4-6 hours/week
Developmental 1 program is geared towards boys ages 6-8 who have met the technical and physical requirements. This program is focused on introducing boys to the world of gymnastics and introducing basic skills in gymnastics, as well as building a strong body and establishing good technical preparation for future gymnastics. This program strongly focuses on physical preparation which is an important element for basic gymnastics skills and for a healthy body.
Developmental 2
Age: 7-9
Length: 6-9 hours/week
This Developmental 2 program is geared towards boys ages 7-9 and up who have met the technical and physical requirements. This program is focused in developing basic skills in gymnastics as well as building a strong body and establishing good technical preparation for future gymnastics. Physical preparation is an important element for basic gymnastic skills and for a healthy body. Developmental 2 athletes may choose to participate in “Fun Demonstrations” (Fun Meets) over the season.
Pre-Competitive
Age: 8-9
Length: 12 hours/week
The Pre-Competitive Program is geared towards boys ages 8-9 who have met the technical and physical requirements. The Pre-Competitive Program is focused on preparing boys for competitive programs physically, mentally and technically. Physical preparation is an important base for basic gymnastic skills and for a healthy body. Pre-Competitive athletes are required to participate in “Fun Demonstrations” (Fun Meets) over the season.
Invitational/Provincial/National
Age: 9+
Length: 12-20 hours/week
The Invitational, Provincial, and National Competitive Programs are geared toward boys ages 9 and up who meet the physical and technical requirements determined by OGC and Gymnastics Ontario. This program is dedicated to preparing athletes for competition by focusing on physical, mental, and technical readiness. Physical preparation is a vital foundation for mastering gymnastics skills and maintaining a healthy body, and athletes will be taught proper technique across all events.
Competition commitments vary by level. At the Invitatonal level, athletes are offered the opportunity to participate in a minimum of two competitions per season. Provincial-level athletes are required to compete in three qualifying competitions throughout the season. Following the third meet, athletes who meet the qualification criteria will advance to the Provincial Championships.
