Adult Open Gym

Monday & Thursday nights from 8:30pm - 10:30pm

Adult Open Gym is a great way for adults to explore the gym for those with a busy schedule! Please keep in mind this is an open gym event therefore there will be no formal instruction. Two NCCP certified coaches will be there to supervise.

$20/open gym

Registration will open 5 days before the open gym date.

Please continue to register for each open gym online before the event (this will ensure your tickets are redeemed correctly, and your spot is held at the open gym).

OGC is offering a bulk purchase discount for 2024-2025 Adult Open Gym purchases . By purchasing this pre-pay ticket, you are receiving a 40% discount for 5 Adult Open Gym registrations (applied to your next 5 Adult Open Gym registrations). The discount will only be applied if the registering participant matches the participant name on this discount. Your invoice will reflect the utilization of this ticket by reducing the cost of the Open Gym registration to $0.00. Tickets are only eligible to be purchased and used between July 1st 2024 and June 30th, 2025.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy:

- Refunds are only eligible for a bulk purchase that has been completely unused (all 5 tickets remain available).

- Should any of the 5 tickets be redeemed, the remaining tickets are not eligible to be refunded. A credit will be placed on the account.

- Should a ticket be redeemed, then the participant cannot attend (providing notice a minimum of 24 hrs in advance), a credit for the ticket will be placed on the account.

Credits can be used towards future OGC registrations.

Beginner Adult Gym

This class will focus on strength, flexibility, and working towards doing some basic skills. If you have never had the opportunity to do gymnastics - we recommend this class for you!

Advanced Adult Gym

This class is for athletes with experience, either a lot or a little. If you have done gymnastics or if you are comfortable in a handstand and/or doing flips but have never had formal training - we recommend this class for you!

Competitive

This class is for adult athletes (18+) who are training in gymnastics with intention of competing at the Xcel level (or higher). Previous competitive experience required or permission from the instructor. Athletes are not required to compete to participate, but will be training the skills and routines that will allow them to perform comfortably at an Xcel level. This program will run throughout Fall, Winter, and Spring. Registration and payment must be completed each session.

All competition/meet registration fees, shared coaching fees (for competitions), and upgrades to Gymnastics Ontario insurance/program fees will be an additional cost and the responsibility of each registrant.
