Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)
Home to not one but two Olympians and countless men's and women's National and Provincial athletes, our competitive programs stand out as some of the best in the country. The combination of our talented coaches, 27,000 square foot facility and commitment to coaching athletes to achieve their personal best, has proven to be a winning combination for our team.
Our Philosophy: to enrich the lives of our athletes through competitive sport and to use gymnastics as a vehicle to help them develop life long skills. We strive to place each child in a program where they will encounter success, be challenged and ultimately; derive the most enjoyment from.
*Our competitive program is by try-out or recommendation only.

Developmental 1
Age: 4-5
Length: 2-4 hours/week
This program is designed for athletes ages 4–5 who demonstrate strong physical potential, a desire to learn, and a high level of energy. It provides a fun, engaging environment where the joy of gymnastics is at the heart of each class.
We recognize that every child develops at their own pace, and our program supports this through a positive, encouraging atmosphere. Athletes are guided in building confidence, teamwork, strong work habits, and attentiveness, helping them grow both in their skills and in their overall development.
Developmental 2
Age: 6
Length: 6 hours/week
This program is designed for athletes age 6 and provides a structured, supportive environment where each child can continue to build a strong foundation in gymnastics. Fun, fitness, and fundamental skill development remain central to every class, helping athletes stay engaged and motivated.
Our qualified coaches support each child’s individual progress, focusing on developing strength, flexibility, and skills across all apparatus in alignment with the Ontario Developmental Program.
Developmental 3
Age: 7
Length: 6-9 hours/week
This program serves as a pathway toward our Competitive programs and is designed for athletes age 7 who are motivated to further develop their foundational skills. In a structured and supportive environment, athletes are introduced to more advanced drills that build readiness for future participation on a competitive team.
A consistent level of commitment and positive work ethic is encouraged, as athletes begin to understand the expectations of a more focused training setting. This program also provides a valuable opportunity to determine whether competitive gymnastics is the right fit for each child. Skills introduced and developed align with those required for the Ontario Developmental Program, supporting a smooth and confident transition for those who progress.
Developmental 4 - Invitational
Age: 7-8
Length: 6-12 hours/week
The Invitational Program is designed for athletes who have met the requirements to begin competing in Levels 1 and 2 of the Ontario Compulsory Program, as outlined by Gymnastics Ontario. It provides a structured and supportive training environment where athletes can continue progressing along the competitive pathway.
The focus of this program is to further develop each athlete’s physical abilities while also strengthening key mental attributes such as focus, confidence, and resilience. Athletes will work toward participating in a minimum of two competitions held toward the end of the season (March–June), gaining valuable experience in a positive and developmentally appropriate setting.
